What exactly does Franstrat do?
We’re a tactical, marketing-first turnaround team. We partner with franchisors to identify underperforming locations—then go in and execute the work that the franchisee has stopped doing:

Do you replace the franchisee?
No—we work with them, not around them.We step in to rebuild customer flow, not operations. In most cases, the franchisee stays in place while we take over the sales and marketing engine. If they’re disengaged, we can take a more active role—with franchisor support.
What kinds of franchises do you work with?
We specialize in service-based and membership-driven franchise brands, especially those with:

A playbook that’s being ignored or poorly executed

What if the franchisee doesn’t want help?
Then we’re not the right solution for that unit—yet.We only work where there’s franchisor buy-in and franchisee willingness (even if it’s reluctant at first). If the franchisee is checked out, we can offer to acquire or co-operate the location with your support.
How do you charge?
We offer a few flexible structures, including:
Monthly retainer + 25% of net new revenue
Phantom equity—we get paid only if we create value
Full equity flips—we acquire the unit outright and handle the turnaroundWe’re aligned with your incentives. If we don’t move the needle, we don’t win.
How fast do you work?
We typically launch within 2 weeks of being engaged and aim to drive meaningful results within 60–90 days. Every week we’re on the ground (or in the CRM), running paid campaigns, calling leads, and reporting metrics back to you.
What happens after the turnaround?
Once stabilized, we hand off the location with clean systems, working funnels, and clear documentation. The franchisee can take over again, or we can help transition the location to a new owner.
In equity cases, we may hold the unit, sell our stake, or stay on as a silent growth partner.
